Managing Partner
Mr. Raju Botcha is an accomplished engineering professional with over two decades of extensive experience in the power generation industry. Recognized for his expertise in steam turbine technology, he has built a distinguished career spanning turbine repairs, overhauls, erection and commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and manufacturing.
Prior to founding Empower & Essennar, he served as a Senior Project Executive at TDPS, where he gained valuable project execution experience. His technical excellence has been further enhanced through specialized training with globally renowned turbine manufacturers, including Shin Nippon Machinery Co., Ltd., at their Kure Works manufacturing facility in Hiroshima, Japan, and Dong Fang Turbine Company, Deyang, Sichuan Province, China.
His strong leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to engineering excellence continue to drive the organization's growth and reputation for quality.
Executive Partner (Works)
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, repair, reconditioning, troubleshooting, and overhaul services, Mr. M. V. Sreenivasa Reddy is a highly respected specialist in precision engineering and reverse engineering of critical rotating equipment components.
His expertise includes the re-engineering and manufacturing of white metal bearings, bearing pads, labyrinth seals, steam and oil glands, governing components, guide wheels, and rotors, even when original design drawings or technical data are unavailable.
Mr. Reddy possesses exceptional capabilities in manufacturing replacement components from customer-supplied samples for steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators, and pumps of various makes. His expertise extends to the manufacture of critical components such as nozzles, diaphragms, blades, rotors, bearings, oil and steam glands, labyrinth seals, valve spindles, valve cones, parting plane fasteners, and numerous other precision-engineered parts.
His deep technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have made him an invaluable asset in delivering reliable engineering solutions for diverse industrial applications.
